Are you local?
Yes. We are local and based in Milton Keynes and passionate about delivering you the very best service.
Will the same cleaner come each time?
Yes, our policy is that we send the same cleaner to you for each clean. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we’ll give you the option of a substitute but we also understand you may only like having one person in your home. We’ll work around whatever suits you.
How do I make payment?
After we’ve cleaned, we will send an electronic invoice via email for you to pay, you can use credit or debit card, bank transfer or Apple and Google Pay. If you take multiple services with us and they are over the course of a week you will be invoiced together at the end of the week.
Do I need to provide the cleaning products?
We ask that you provide the cleaning products along with a working mop and hoover. We’ll send you a list before we start cleaning with you, it’s standard stuff you probably already have and we do it this way so only the products you want used in your home are.
What do I do if I need to cancel?
That’s no problem just give us as much notice as you can, we know life happens and things change. We reserve the right to bill for your clean if you cancel on the day.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we don’t make you sign a contract so that means you’re free to cancel whenever you like.
Are you insured?
Yes we are insured with public and professional liability insurance in-case anything goes wrong.
What hours and schedule can I choose?
Our minimum is an hour and we offer cleaning either weekly or fortnightly.
